Returns

We really hope you love what you've ordered, but if not . . .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return policy lasts 15 days from the ship date. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a credit or exchange. We want to provide the most up-to date styles for you and our guests which is why we are firm on the 15 day policy with zero exceptions.

Additional non-returnable items:
-Sale Items / Items purchased with a coupon code of 30% or more
-Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

All merchandise must retuned be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition and packaging with tags attached. If any item has make up, deodorant, or other stains/odors you will not be given credit and the items will be sent back for a $10 fee.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an online store code will be sent to you via email for the amount refunded for online store credit.

Store Credit will be sent to you via Refund Code
*The refund code will expire after 30 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to track your return.
